Cheerleaders will wear blue practice tank during the parade. Please have child arrive in navy/black shorts with hair pulled back and away from face. I will provide white bows on the day of the parade. 


Regular season games begin August 27th


Volunteers are always welcome!
Head/assistant coaches and team moms are needed for each individual team.

Head coach DOES cover volunteer hours required for the season.

My goal as your Cheer Director will be to provide a structured, positive, and encouraging environment for all cheerleaders. The coaches and I will work together towards building a strong and dynamic youth cheer program that will be long lasting and a foundation for our cheerleaders.


The OLP Cheerleading Program aims to develop and inspire each athlete with the ideals of sportsmanship and physical fitness while improving their cheer abilities through self-discipline, commitment, teamwork and friendship.

OLP coaches will provide a program directed at teaching the fundamentals of youth cheerleading and allowing our athletes to grow with confidence, pride and spirit both on and off the field.

Cheerleading is a huge part of our football program. Our athletes need encouragement and our fans need entertainment. Our cheerleaders add excitement and SPIRIT to all OLP football games!

PRACTICES WILL BE HELD AT WEBER FIELD AT THE START OF THE SEASON AND THEN EACH TEAM WILL MOVE TO WHERE THEIR FOOTBALL TEAM IS PRACTICING. LOCATIONS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: O'FALLON COMMUNITY PARK, MILBURN CAMPUS, SHILOH COMMUNITY PARK.

WEBER FIELD: 407 AGNES DRIVE
O'FALLON COMMUNITY PARK: 401 E 5th St
MILBURN CAMPUS: 650 Milburn School Rd
SHILOH COMMUNITY PARK: 1 Park Dr, Shiloh, IL

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS AT ANY LOCATION

 

The Little Panthers is a 100% volunteer organization. Due to the challenges this presents, Little Panthers Football has a required volunteer policy.  Compliance with this policy will be required for your participant's continued participation in the program. The Volunteer Policy requirements are as follows:

  • 4 VOLUNTEER HOURS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRST PARTICIPANT REGISTERED.

  • EACH ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER REGISTERED ADDS 2 ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEER HOURS TO THE REQUIREMENT.

  • ALL REQUIRED VOLUNTEER HOURS MUST BE AT LEAST 50% COMPLETE BY THE END OF WEEK 5, OR OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIT OUT UNTIL VOLUNTEER HOURS ARE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE.

  • ALL REQUIRED VOLUNTEER HOURS MUST BE 100% COMPLETE BY SEASON'S END


As teams begin to form, keeping siblings together will take priority. We will try our best to honor requests but they are not 
guaranteed.

PRACTICES WILL BE HELD TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS 6-7:15pm beginning JULY 20th.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 4th.
