2025 O'Fallon Little Panthers Special Election
This is a special election for the following O'Fallon Little Panthers Board positions:
•Tackle Football Director
•Flag Football Director
The Election Committee Chairman for this special election will be our President, Shane Andrews.
Per OLP By-Laws, nominations for these positions will be accepted until September 17, 2025.

Once nominations are received, the election committee will verify information and create a ballot. This ballot will be approved by the OLP Board of Directors and be made available September 24, 2025 and voting will close on October 1, 2025

Here are some brief details for each position:
Football Director: Oversee and direct football program; recruit and provide coaches with training opportunities (i.e. concussion, first aid, safety, etc.), create and maintain policies for program in compliance with National Federation of High Schools, Illinois High School Association, USA Football, and Mississippi Valley Youth Football League rules; coordinate practices; ensure coaching staff and players are in compliance with OLP by-laws and standards of conduct; attend practices of each team periodically; communicate pertinent board decisions and policies to coaching staff and relate any coaching issues to the board. Must present an annual budget to the board in February for approval and coordinate the ordering of equipment with equipment director.
Flag Football Director: Oversee and direct flag football program; recruit and provide coaches and officials with training opportunities (i.e. rules, concussion, first aid, safety, etc.), create and maintain policies for program incompliance with USA Football and other governing bodies; serve as OLP Flag Football League Commissioner; coordinate practices and game schedules; ensure coaching staff and players are in compliance with OLP by-laws and standards of conduct; attend practices of each team periodically; run draft; communicate pertinent board decisions and policies to coaching staff and relate any coaching issues to the board. Must present an annual budget to the board for approval and coordinate the ordering of equipment with equipment director.
